Graduation Information

The 2007 Fort Zumwalt West Graduation will be held at the St. Charles Family Arena on Saturday, May 26, at 11:00 a.m. Seniors will meet periodically to discuss pertinent graduation details including cap, gown, and graduation announcement ordering information. Details will follow as meetings are finalized.

All-Night Grad-Night Party

Planning is underway for the 2007 All-Night Graduation Party. The success of Grad-Night relies on a large number of parents to organize and supervise the event. Parents of all high-school aged students are encouraged to get involved in the planning, as much help is needed. Parents can serve on a variety of committees and are encouraged to attend as many meetings as possible. Meetings have been set up for the following dates in the West High School Commons.

*January 9 is the second Tuesday of the month due to Winter Break.

Attention Seniors:

Orders are now being taken for cap and gowns. You can get an order form in Mr. Pulse’s office (Room 324). The cap, gown, and tassel unit is $23.00. Extra tassels are $7.00 each. Checks are payable to Herff Jones. Orders must be turned by December 1, 2006 to avoid late fee charges. If you have any questions, please call 636-379-0300, ext 3001.

A representative from Jostens will be here at lunch to take orders for graduation announcements. Seniors have received price lists for ordering announcements and various other graduation items. This will be the last opportunity to order announcements.
