= Pass (Special
A- = 90-94 C+ = 77-79 D

- Students’ quarter and semester grades will be based
upon an accumulation of evaluative methods.
- Semester grades will be computed by averaging the two
quarter percentage grades and also including the final exams.
- The quarterly grade is not a grade of record, rather
it is a preliminary indication of progress being made by the student. The semester grade, which becomes a
part of the official transcript, shall represent an evaluation of the
total semester’s work.
Report Cards: Student report cards will be issued at
regular intervals during the school year.
Final Examinations: Final exams are required of all students
in all classes unless students meet final exemption requirements. Any student who has two or fewer absences
and fewer than ten tardies for the semester is considered exempt. A student who misses the same class three or
more times, who has ten or more accumulative tardies for the semester, and five
late arrivals will not be exempt.
Students must also have at least a 70% in a class to be exempt.
